Terms of Sale
These terms apply when you buy Taigi Plus (the paid features of "Hi Taigi") on the web as a gift for someone else, for example through an "Ask Family for Plus" link. Purchases made inside the app on iPhone, iPad, Mac or Android are covered by the App Store or Google Play terms instead.
1. What you buy
- You buy one year of Taigi Plus as a one-time payment. It does not renew.
- Once you pay, Taigi Plus is added to the account of the person who sent the request. No gift code is needed. It lasts one year from when it is added.
- You do not need to install the app or create an account to pay.
- The price and currency are as shown on the payment page.
2. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe, and purchase records are managed by RevenueCat (a purchase management service). The developer never sees your card number or other payment details. Your email address and other details you enter at checkout are handled under Stripe's Privacy Policy, and Stripe sends the receipt.
3. Refunds
If you need a refund, for example after paying twice, email us with the date and amount of the payment. When a payment is refunded, the Taigi Plus added to the other person's account is cancelled.
4. The service
- What Taigi Plus includes may change as the app is updated.
- Dictionary data comes from the Ministry of Education's《臺灣台語常用詞辭典》(CC BY-ND 3.0 Taiwan) and is included without changes.
- The service is provided as is. The developer works to keep it running but does not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

These terms may be updated. Any changes will be posted on this page.
